Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

🔹 Return Conditions:

• Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

• Raise a return request within 7 days by emailing us at rangoli.products1@gmail.com with photos/video if defective

🔹 Non-returnable Items:

• Personal care products, undergarments, and "final sale" items

🔹 Damaged/Wrong Product:

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, inform us within 48 hours with proof — we’ll send a free replacement or refund.

🔹 Refunds:

Processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method after inspection.

🔹 Return Shipping:

• Free if it's our fault (defective/wrong item)

• Paid by customer in case of voluntary return
